Although we are a startup company our products have been in development for many years. We intend to secure a prominent position in the automotive security industry. Our leading product, PHANTOM KILL SWITCH should be implemented in every vehicle worldwide as a standard feature, replacing or enhancing the car alarm and other security measures.

Our Team

Darrell Glover holds a degree in Electronics specializing in Telecommunications and RF Engineering with over 30 years experience. Inventor of the Patented Phantom T.S.I.S. Kill Switch Pat.US 12,115,930 B1.  In 2022 he formed DarSté Inc. to launch P.K.S. through all aspects of business, including sales, licensing, business development, staffing, vendor management and marketing. 

Darrell Glover is a US Navy Veteran, trained as a IC Telecommunication Electronics Technician. With his specialized training and education from the Military, MIT and ITT he has worked in the engineering field for BellSouth, Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Vistakon a Johnson & Johnson company.

Stephanie Glover - Vice President, 

She ensures that the company is on a steady growth path through development of formattable relationships with our industry partners. 

Stephanie Glover holds a degree in Business from Albany State University. For more then 25 years she been specializing in mortgage loan funding as a Mortgage Loan Officer for notable companies such as Bank of America, Citibank,  JP Morgan Chase, Carrington Mortgage Services LLC and Future Financial LLC. 

Our Story

In 1995 I was Car Jacked at gunpoint at a stoplight. Through that traumatic experience I vowed that no one would ever get away with that again...at least not my car. Shortly afterwards I drew up plans for a KILL SWITCH that would NOT allow the vehicle from being driven, even after the engine was on/running. In 2013 I made a car Kill Switch Prototype and installed it in my car. It works flawlessly. No More Carjacks No More Vehicle Thefts !
